Beef Stir Fry Recipe

This healthy, one-pan meal is a yummy, crowd-pleaser. We like to keep the dishes to minimum when we can!

Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Total Prep Time: 20 minutes  Makes: 3-4 servings

Beef Stir Fry Ingredients

– 1 head of chopped broccoli
– 1/2 cup onion
– pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup San-J Tamari Sauce (wheat-free, organic)
– Garlic powder to taste
– 10 oz. of beef in strips
– 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
– 1 cup of water
– Onion powder to taste
– salt to taste
– pepper to taste

Beef Stir Fry Directions:

  1.  Heat oil in pan at medium high heat
  2. Mix spices, liquids and beef in pan
  3. Thoroughly cook until beef is browned through
  4. Add broccoli and onions
  5. Cook on low temperature until onions are soft
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
